I'm so excited to share this Eat, Pray, Love journey in Bali with you. If you have ever watched that movie, and wished for an experience that Liz Gilbert (played by Julia Roberts) had in Bali, well this is your opportunity.

About the Healing Modalities:

We will be Connecting with our Divinity daily through focusing on our breath and visualization. When we do this, we automatically move into a space of Love. We realize how powerful we are, how much we deserve and can expect abundance and miracles all the time and we learn that we are the masters of our destiny

Mantras are very powerful tools that can be used to work from a Heart-Centered space and they always become one of the favourite tools

We work with Sacred Sound, and this is another powerful, relaxing and beautiful way to more into a space of Divine love. In Bali, we receive Sound Healing in the Pyramids of Chi.

Essential Oils are an amazing tool. Not only do they smell DIVINE, but they have the capactity to assist in physical, mental and emotional healing. We will be using them often during the retreat.

We work with the Elements of Fire, Air, Earth and Water. This is an extremely powerful way to move away from ego and into a space of Love. Working with the elements also assist us to be aware and present and to appreciate the gifts of Gaia. We will be led by Balinese Healers in Water and Fire Ceremonies

We will connect with the Sacred Earth in Bali and receive her blessings
