I'm hosting a Retreat to Turkey in May next year, and the question whether Turkey is actually a Spiritual Destination has come up. In my heart I know that yes its is. Firstly because life itself is a Spiritual Experience, no matter what your beliefs are. Secondly because, like Egypt, Machu Picchu, India, Bali and all the other countries that are well known for hosting Spiritual retreats, Turkey has it's own magic, it's own very ancient temples (think Gobekli Tepe, the oldest temple ever to be discovered), and it's own Goddesses. What makes a place or a destination Spiritual anyway? Is it purely the destination, or is it the intent with which you visit the place? Your own back yard is a Spiritual Destination if you go in there with the intention of connecting spiritually. Every place on this earth is a spiritual destination, you just need to connect your spirituality with the destination. Five characteristics of spirituality include: meaning, value, transcendence, connecting (with oneself, others, God/supreme power and the environment), and becoming (the growth and progress in life) . So all the boxes for Turkey are ticked, since what we will get from Turkey in a Spiritual Way is what we put in, and Goddess Retreats tick all the boxes. The majority of the population have one goal in life. To work really hard to earn the salary to pay off their mortgage, their car, get the kids through school and university and maybe go on an annual vacation. Does that sound like you? That was my mindset too, until I discovered there was more to life than that job, that salary at the end of the month, and those financial responsibilities. It might sound pretty frightening if you have never attended a retreat. You may feel you do not know what is expected of you, you're not that good at meditating or have in fact never meditated, you do not know one single person going on the retreat that is calling you, you have never been on a retreat and and you don't know how to be in that situation. I felt like that too before I took the big brave step in 2011. I have never looked back. In fact, it had such an impact on my personal growth, courage, letting go of the stuff that was holding my back from my best life, that I wanted to host retreats too, to assist others to grow and start living the best, most abundant, joyful lives. We have all been through a rough time in the last couple of years. Our lives changed, we learned to live with the new normal, we quarantined, we masked up, we didn't travel, and all of that happened in a couple of days. There was no warning, there was no time to prepare ourselves mentally, we just did what we had to do. I do believe that although there were many low moment, there were great lessons learned too. One of them being that we did what we never ever thought would be expected of us. Another thing that we learned is that time is precious, and that in an instant, everything can change. Also that it is important to do what you want to do and are called to do as soon as you can, because you never know what tomorrow holds. The Goddess Retreat to Turkey is coming up in May 2023, and I have been advertising. One of the people that responded to my advert said she didn't think she could join the retreat, because she had never travelled with a group before. Now I know, and you can probably guess too, that the reason behind her response was fear. Fear of not being good enough, fear of mixing with people she had never met, fear of healing her heart and falling in love with herself, fear of saying yes to herself! What a pity that she didn't dive right in and say yes to a beautiful new life. All Goddess Retreats assist participants in seeing how magnificent they really are. Oh! How I love Mary Magdalene. Today, 22 July, is her Feast Day, and it seems fitting that I honor her with some writing from my heart. My very first encounter with her, was in 2012, whilst I was in Egypt. I was going to visit the Virgin Tree, and she filled my heart. I started crying, for absolutely no reason whatsoever, and could not stop, and I could not explain why I was crying. After I had been to the Virgin Tree, I encountered a family with a little boy, whom I engaged with, and his mother was wearing a Red Head Scarf! It was only when I got home, that I realized that all the Mary's in the time of Jesus, were identified by their red veils. It was quite a phenomenal discovery for me, and truly an explanation for the reason of my weeping. In 2019, I led a Goddess Tour to France, specifically to connect with the energy of Mary Magdalene, who went to live in the South of France after the Crucifixion. It was phenomenal, and her presence throughout the tour was palpable. I experienced a huge amount of personal growth, I conquered massive fears, and learnt what is was to be humbled. She is now an Ascended Master and is the Twin Flame of Archangel Raphael. They serve on the Green Ray of Healing Love. I feel a great connection between Mary Magdalene and the Goddess Hathor. For me they have qualities that are very similar. Both are advocates of the Divine Feminine, and I am using their example to be an advocate of this beautiful movement of Love myself. I Am truly grateful to this Holy woman for her direction, her guidance and her unconditional love towards me. Blessings to You, on this beautiful day, from my Heart to Yours.

Today I would like to share my interpretation of the Goddess.
The Goddess is Male or Female in the physical form. We have come here to this earth to Manifest the attributes of the Holy Spirit, to create Heaven on Earth and to remember the Truth. I’ve mentioned before, that the Holy Spirit is the Feminine Aspect of God. Nowhere in traditional teachings will you find this written, the Holy Spirit is always referred to in the Masculine in the Bible. However, that makes no sense, that would certainly create an imbalance, with no Feminine in the Trinity? We, men and women have come to manifest our Highest and Mightiest. We have come to become the Goddess, to free ourselves from earthly life, and go HOME. All Goddess Tours focus on assisting participants to become the greatest versions of themselves. We use various tools, including mantras, meditation, essential oils and the ancient keys and codes stored in the land. So I’ve had another epiphany. I have a lot of those lately.  Simple statements of Truth that come to me when I ask for Wisdom or Guidance. I have been battling with a certain person for a while now, and it had become very important to me to resolve this issue.  I do want to Walk my Talk, and obviously wasn’t doing this if I had issues with others. I asked for guidance,  after battling this dilemma for ages, I finally realized it was something I could not do on my own, and therefore needed Higher Wisdom.  Why I didn’t just ask for Wisdom and Guidance in the first place is beyond me, when I know about all the support I have, I just need to ask. I asked about the core of this issue, how I could look past the irritation and move to a place of Love and got the answer within a few hours.  I was forgetting to see that this person was Precious in the Eye of God. I cried and cried at this revelation and that’s how simple it was to rectify my situation.  I have learnt a great lesson from this.  Every thing is simple, we just sometimes choose to complicate things.  There is always always always a solution.  Ask for Wisdom and Guidance.  Why battle on your own, when there is so much support. I can also say, that the Source of my Inspiration was the Elohim Arcturus.  His retreat is in the Etheric above Angola. He with his Twin Flame Victoria assist Africa to Ascend, with the assistance of the Violet Flame.  There are many Ascended Masters, Angels and Elohim, just waiting to be asked to assist.  Remember that when you are battling with an issue.  Just Ask! Many of us have a great desire to know our purpose in life.  I used to believe that if only I knew my purpose, that my life would turn around instantly,  I would find what I really wanted to do, I would be ecstatically happy, I would earn tons of money, I would become well known and sought after.  Unfortunately at that stage I was looking in the direction of a career, a physical world career.  I would go to psychics, fortune tellers, shamans and anyone else whom I thought would show me what my purpose was.  I wanted them to tell me which career was best suited to me, to live this amazing life. A turnaround came quite recently when I discovered that actually we all have the same purpose.  It is the most amazing purpose.  The purpose of coming to this earth is to become Love.  Pure Divine Blissful Love.  The Aquarian Age is the age of Christ Consciousness, the Consciousness of the Divine Mother.  The reason why Jesus came to earth was to teach us to live, and what we could become, if we focused on becoming Love.  We were all created from Love. As souls, we have lived thousands and thousands of lifetimes.  Many of us lived during the times of Atlantis, the Golden Age.  We were fully clairaudient, clairsentient, and lived life expressing our Soul qualities.  Unfortunately, ego got in the way, and we started abusing our powers.  This is when Atlantis and the Golden Age disintegrated.  We are now charged to get back to that Golden Age.  We are here to create Heaven on Earth.  We all have the ability to perform the miracles that Jesus did.  We have the gift of Healing.  The gift of Compassion.  The gift of walking on water.  The gift of alchemy.  Unfortunately we are ego driven, and therefore these gifts are hidden.  To bring them to the fore once again, like we did on Atlantis, we need to Love God with all our being and might.  We need to trust in Divine will and forego our ego.  We need to use the Violet Flame to transmute anything within ourselves that is not Love, so that we can once again become what we really are.  LOVE. We have the support of the Angelic Realm, the Ascended Masters, the Elohim and the Holy Spirit.  Ask and it is given.  I pray that if you are truly seeking your purpose in life, you will find this, and remember who you really are.  Ask and it is Given.  You are LOVE. I’ve been back from Egypt for almost a month now and seemingly just getting back to reality. The Goddess Tour to Egypt, which has been a dream for 6 years, finally happened.  It was amazing in every way, everything I could have wished for and more.  There was nothing that was not perfect.  The people, the weather, the accommodation, the tour guide, the unexpected finds, the shifts and the change of perspective.  I have learned, it pays to be patient.  It pays to pursue your dream, for how ever long it takes to become a reality, because with all the good energy I put into creating the space and the dream, I was rewarded, over and over again. I experienced a tremendous amount of healing on the tour, mostly in the area of putting up personal boundaries, and not allowing people to abuse my kindness.  In learning this lesson, I have been rewarded with so much gratitude from not only the tour participants, but also the people I am coming into contact with now that I am back home.  It is really wonderful to hear gratitude expressed for my efforts in giving of myself, in order for the planet to heal, to return to a place of love. This will only encourage me to do more and more work for the highest good of everyone and everything that I am associated to. Egypt is a place of Magic!! I have mentioned this before, but I cannot say it enough.  I went there with the pure intention of sharing my Beloved Egypt with a group of ladies, and assisting them to release the blockages to Divine Love.  I got so much more.  I reconnected with a group of soul sisters, and together, we supported one another, being open to whatever it was that came our way.  There was so much support from the bird and animal kingdom, we had an orb that followed us around for the whole tour, every place we went, that orb appeared in the photos that were taken.  We discovered things that our guide did not even know about.  We laughed, we cried and we healed! We did experience a few negatives but they turned into amazing positives.  We checked into a hotel in Cairo and some of the rooms were very dirty, however, after complaining, our rooms got upgraded, and we were able to have a magnificent view of the pyramids…………………how does it get better than that?  Also when we wanted to do a meditation in Philae Temple, dedicated to the Goddess Isis, we got chased out, but as our good fortune would have it, we ended up meditating on our boat, in the middle of the Nile River and right close to the original island that housed Philae Temple, before it was moved to it’s new home.  Quite simply, our group were magnets for abundance and good fortune for 2 weeks. After 6 years of trying to get a group to go to Egypt, one would think I would have given up, but I persisted, I worked on myself, I removed obstacles that were preventing me from manifesting this dream and……………………I DID IT!! Never, ever give up on your dreams, remain steadfast and continue dreaming, until your dreams become a reality.  I am living proof that this is possible.  I open my heart and hands wide for more abundance.  I Am grateful. Many of us go through our lives struggling.  We get hurt by the opinions and selfish acts of humanity.  We retaliate with that same energy.  If someone is nasty to us, we feel hurt and fight back. We have forgotten that we are Magnificent Beings, we have also forgotten that those very people who hurt us are also Magnificent Beings.  How can we change this behavior?  How can we put an end to this tit for tat nastiness and ungodliness?  Simply by remembering that we are Gods and Goddesses and allowing ourselves to be just that.  That is why we are here on this earth.  To end the cycle of birth and rebirth, reincarnation.  That is the sole purpose of our life on earth.  To remember that we are Unconditional Love.  It may be difficult to do this or it may be easy, it is a choice.  We either allow our egos to dominate our lives, or we allow Unconditional Love to dominate.  The one path is difficult, fraught with fear, lack, greed, selfishness and anger.  The other path is filled with Joy, Abundance, Greatness, Kindness, Fulfillment and Love. Because we have spent lifetimes operating from ego, it is necessary to undo our thinking and behaviour patterns, we need to recognise where we are not being Unconditional Love and change that behaviour very consciously.  Now is the time.  If you choose to change your life, it is necessary to become aware of what you do not like about your behaviour and change that. Remember, that you have a host of support from the Angelic Realm, Arch Angels and Ascended Masters.  All you need to do is ASK for assistance, and it will be given.  If you don’t ask, how can you receive? If you wish to transmute any negativity, visualize the Violet Flame burning away all imperfections, sense of limitation and lack. Sit in the Violet Flame and ask for these fears to be transmuted back to Love.  Then imagine the White Flame of Purity filling that space.  Seal the area in Love. If you are battling with forgiveness, towards yourself or others, Hoóponopono is a lovely way of transmuting anger towards another back to Love.  You say: I Love You I’m Sorry Please Forgive Me Thank you In 2023, we are tapping into abundance and remembering exactly who we are. Many of us are working on loving ourselves unconditionally. It’s not an easy thing to achieve, because we live with ourselves and tend to focus on our mistakes. Not too many people are always compassionate, kind, loving or perfect. Speaking for myself, I am forever beating myself up for what I have done wrong. Recently I had a bit of an epiphany. I have a magic candle holder, that when a small tea light is burning in the holder, a star starts shining. I have kept this image in my mind to remind myself that I am a star, and I remember to shine brightly. I focus on what I really am, instead of the silly ego talk. We Are Love This morning while I was meditating, I had another epiphany.  In the last year, I have had 4 people more or less my age passing over.  It is quite a daunting thing, and quite unusual I think, and of course it has made me ponder why.  What is it with my generation that we suffer from so much mental and physical illness?  It should be my mother’s generation that is passing now, and yet it is mine, who are 20 to 30 years younger. Firstly I was given the analogy of a seed.  That Aha moment that we as seeds of the creator have forgotten who we are.  We have been created by Divine Love and therefore that is what we are.  In order to be this we have to know this by remembering our origin.  The reason why so many of this generation, born in the 1950’s and 1960’s, have forgotten our source and our truth is because we have spent so much of our time and energy working to make money, to buy status symbols and educate our kids, and get them degrees and set them up for life.  Are we not perhaps taking away their independence by doing this?  Are we not taking away our children’s choices and right to make decisions for themselves by working ourselves to death, yes to DEATH, by our fixation on money and a good career that only comes with a university degree!  This is a pattern that will repeat itself in our children’s generation if we do not stop this right now.  The very best thing that we can do for our children is lead by example, so let’s make a conscious choice to show our children that money and power and high powered jobs, are not what life is about. When you plant a packet of carrot seeds, you expect carrots to come up and grow from tiny little seedlings into beautiful sweet crunchy carrots.  Do you know what the carrot will look like?  Sort of, but if you have ever grown carrots, you will know that they all look a little different, they all have a similar taste, but some are sweeter, some are crunchier and some don’t thrive at all, even though they have been planted in the same soil and have received the same amount of nurturing, watering and sunlight.  When we eat the harvest, we do not compare the carrots.  Oh this one is better than that one, this one looks more beautiful, and this one is more successful.  No! We accept the carrot for what it is. Let us try and be like that with ourselves.  We are all carrots that have come from the same source, yet we all are different.  See yourself as a carrot, different to every other carrot that has ever grown, but still unique, beautiful, and a miracle. Self-Love is the most beautiful gift you can ever give to both yourself and humanity. If you are unable to love yourself, warts and all, then it is really impossible to love anybody else, since all the flaws and irritations that you see in others are merely a reflection of what you see in yourself. So it’s investment time now!  It’s time to invest in yourself, it’s time to give yourself a break and start forgiving yourself for every little thing that you feel guilty about, or not successful enough, or wrong about. Once you start shifting and loving yourself, you will see doors opening. You will notice gifts from the Universe coming in abundance, without putting in any effort. I am speaking from experience, I am speaking from the space of slowly but surely becoming an alchemist. I have dedicated a lot of my time to learning to love myself, warts and all, and it is paying off. The only one that can create your Joy is You. How about starting to invest in yourself today?
