I'm so excited to share this Eat, Pray, Love journey in Bali with you. If you have ever watched that movie, and wished for an experience that Liz Gilbert (played by Julia Roberts) had in Bali, well this is your opportunity.

About the Healing Modalities:

We will be Connecting with our Divinity daily through focusing on our breath and visualization. When we do this, we automatically move into a space of Love. We realize how powerful we are, how much we deserve and can expect abundance and miracles all the time and we learn that we are the masters of our destiny

Mantras are very powerful tools that can be used to work from a Heart-Centered space and they always become one of the favourite tools
-
We work with Sacred Sound, and this is another powerful, relaxing and beautiful way to more into a space of Divine love. In Bali, we receive Sound Healing in the Pyramids of Chi.

Essential Oils are an amazing tool. Not only do they smell DIVINE, but they have the capactity to assist in physical, mental and emotional healing. We will be using them often during the retreat.

We work with the Elements of Fire, Air, Earth and Water. This is an extremely powerful way to move away from ego and into a space of Love. Working with the elements also assist us to be aware and present and to appreciate the gifts of Gaia. We will be led by Balinese Healers in Water and Fire Ceremonies

We will connect with the Sacred Earth in Bali and receive her blessings

Brief Itinerary
11 November 2025:
You will arrive at our beautiful accommodation in Ubud. Check-in at the resort is from 2:00 PM onwards. On the first evening, we will take part in an Opening Ceremony and then get treated to a beautiful Balinese Welcome Ceremony and dinner

12 November 2025:
Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Alchemy Circle. We focus on Gratitude.
In the afternoon we will participate in an activity of making offerings called 'Canang Sari'.
13 November 2025:

We will head to the Wellness Rock Pools. Enjoy a relaxing soak in hot and cold pools set in the mythical stone cavern. They have hot and cold whirlpool baths, sauna, and steam room as they admire the impressive stone carvings and the valley below.

We have our final dinner in Ubud, tomorrow we transfer to the coastal town of Sanur

Free morning, until we depart for Sudamala Resort in Sanur

During our time spent in Sanur, on the coast, think beautiful clear Turquoise Ocean and white sand, we have time to integrate changes in our persona that happened in Ubud. This will be a time of deep reflection, integration, bonding and relaxation, where you get to do what makes your heart sing and what your body desires

Today you have all day to yourself, it is a free day for you to do what you wish. Here’s your chance for some last-minute shopping in town Or you can schedule a final massage or spa treatment, or rent a bicycle to continue exploring the area in casual comfort.

There is also the opportunity to go snorkelling for the day, and I think I may just be doing that.
21 November 2025:

Today you have all day to yourself, it is a free day for you to do what you wish.

Feel free to book a relaxing massage, indulge in some delicious local dishes, and more. Remember to pick up a few souvenirs for your loved ones!

After dinner, we’ll gather for a closing ceremony wrapping up our retreat in a heartfelt and meaningful way.
22 November 2025:
We begin our last day in Bali with a delicious breakfast at the resort at 8:00 AM.
Check out time is at 12:00 Noon. So, you still have enough time to relax and to pack.
